Bricklayer is committed to providing an open-minded and safe environment so we can all feel respected and have a good time.

To make that happen, we do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, violence or harassment in our house.

We will not tolerate any aggressions, microaggressions, or innuendos targeting and/or against one another. 

Our guests should consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner; impaired and/or intoxicated will be removed in a safe and prompt manner.

Bricklayer will not tolerate violence, theft, vandalism or any other harmful acts.

We reserve the right to remove any guest creating an unsafe environment.

Doing no harm and taking no shit.

Not addressing guests by gender, serving drinks to guests who did not order them, or laughing at jokes that we do not find funny.

Continuing to learn how to better create safe spaces for our guests.
